Project overview

This short-term contract focused on researching and developing the interface and user interactions, grounded in initial hypotheses and preliminary interface designs. This process incorporated surveys from potential users and service demonstrations, followed by the thorough processing of user and stakeholder feedback. Regrettably, the project, which was designed for mass events, succumbed to the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and had to be terminated.

Business challenge

Develop, support, scale, and update a flexible platform that facilitates interaction among DJs, agents, and club-goers. This platform should incorporate industry best practices and continually evolve based on expert evaluations and user feedback.

Technical challenges

— Develop and restructure the interface based on evaluations of the product's previous version.

— Conduct thorough analysis of user reviews, analytics, and competitor platforms.
